A One Time Broker Service Fee of $35.00 will be added to the total down payment for all new clients.

A $35.00 NSF Fee will be charged on all returned checks plus any collection fees incurred by OFGI.

A $35.00 reinstate/rewrite fee will be charged for each payment on a policy in cancel status processed in our office. The $35.00 must be made separately from the Premium Payment.
